Charles is a consummate lawyer working as a procedural and legislative clerk with the Parliament of Kenya. He believes in empowering and providing tools to ordinary citizens and communities to participate in legislative and governance processes at the local and national level.
Besides public participation in the law-making process, Charles is passionate about international trade and regional integration; domestication of international human rights norms and standards at the national level through legislation and judicial decisions; and the potential of leadership to transform organizations, communities and nations.
